Koenig Ads Platform is an internal tool developed and operated by Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for managing and optimizing Google Ads advertising accounts. Access is restricted to authorized Koenig team members only.

2. Authorization

Use of this platform requires authorization from Koenig Solutions management. The platform connects to Google Ads accounts via the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. Users must have appropriate Google Ads account access.

3. Acceptable Use

The platform may only be used for:

Managing Koenig Solutions' Google Ads campaigns
Analyzing account performance and generating reports
Optimizing advertising spend and strategy
Monitoring account changes and maintaining data integrity

4. Data Handling

All Google Ads data accessed through this platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and Google's API Terms of Service. Data is used exclusively for internal advertising management.

5. API Usage

The platform uses the Google Ads API in compliance with Google's API Terms and Policies. API usage is monitored to stay within rate limits and quotas.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as-is for internal use. Koenig Solutions is not liable for any issues arising from Google Ads API changes, service interruptions, or data discrepancies.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
